German maritime software provider Hanseaticsoft is offering the planned maintenance module as part of its cloud and web-based ship management platform, Cloud Fleet Manager
The module gives users complete visibility of the status of their fleet, enabling them to manage and control maintenance while easing process control management.
Users can control dynamic planning options, cash flow planning and categorise and prioritise jobs, with the most relevant data displayed on a dashboard so crews can see the most important tasks and ensure they are completed.
The pandemic has seen an acceleration in maritime digitalisation as customers scramble to make remote collaboration more reliable. Noting that the market is seeing an increase in fleet management applications, Hanseaticsoft said its product is distinguished by its reliability and functionality.
Managing director Alexander Buchmann said “To reliably navigate through the current economic situation and post Covid-19, it is vital for companies to choose technology solutions they trust. We are very happy to offer our software which is fully compliant with internationally recognised standards, as well as the rules and regulations required by the leading classification societies which should give our clients reassurance.”
Hanseaticsoft has also implemented DNV GL’s proprietary industry platform Veracity. With this implementation Cloud Fleet Manager users can automatically submit maintenance data to DNV GL.
