Telford Offshore reported it has secured a charter for MPSV Telford 33 in the Middle East
DP3-class multi-purpose support vessel (MPSV) Telford 33 has begun a long-term charter offshore Qatar, according to a social media post by its operator.
Telford 33 is a 2021-built MPSV that provides accommodation for 684 people in 346 cabins and has available free deck space of 2,000 m2. It is equipped with a 300-tonne heavy-duty crane and a heave-compensated gangway. Telford 33 is designed for inspection, repair and maintenance, hook-up and commissioning, and construction projects in the offshore energy industry, according to Telford Offshore.
Earlier this year, the Dubai-based operator signed a bareboat charter agreement for the 115-m vessel, formerly known as Guo Hai An Hong (ex African Provider).
