Whilst we are delighted to bring back our live conference and event programme after an enforced absence, we recognise there is still some uncertainty with regard to COVID-19 and ongoing challenges to overcome.
Our aim is to continue business operations as usual but we acknowledge additional precautions and reassurances are appropriate for us all to be able to respond quickly to changing circumstances.
Therefore, we are pleased to confirm the following:
1. If Riviera is required to postpone or reschedule a conference due to COVID-19, your booking will simply transfer to the new date, and
2. If Riviera is unable to reschedule the conference within the 12 month period following postponement, you will be entitled to cancel without obligation and obtain a refund from us.
3. If you have booked to attend a conference but then you are unable to do so for whatever reason, Riviera is pleased to confirm our normal cancellation terms apply and these can be found here.
Our primary concern has always been that of the health and safety of our clients, colleagues and staff and we continue to observe the guidance and direction provided by international governments, regional health authorities and the World Health Organisation (WHO) at all times.
In addition, we work closely with our venue partners to assure our attendees that all the recommended or obligatory precautions and hygiene measures are in place, including the relevant sanitising products and prominently displayed reminders about best hygiene practices. We require assurances from our venues that updates to regulatory guidelines, restrictions and recommendations are actioned promptly and followed at all times.
If you have any questions, please contact our Senior Events Coordination Manager, Mirella Charter at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 20 8370 7009, or your Sales representative. We are also happy to provide contact details so you may speak to our venues directly if you have any specific concerns.
