Nautronix rebranded as Proserv

Following on from the acquisition of Nautronix by Proserv, with Nautronix now a fully integrated part of Proserv, Nautronix will now be officially recognised and branded as ‘Proserv’. In a statement, Proserv said: “Whilst still located in Dyce, Aberdeen, the Nautronix facility is now part of a fully integrated global organisation that can offer an enhanced portfolio of field-proven complementary technologies, in-depth engineering expertise and world-class services to clients in the drilling, production, subsea and decommissioning market sectors. As a result of the acquisition, Proserv can also provide a comprehensive range of survey capabilities to the offshore construction industry.”

Proserv acquired Nautronix, a well-known supplier of digital acoustic communication products and positioning services to the oil and gas industry, in September 2015. Proserv is a portfolio company of Riverstone Holdings LLC, an energy-focused private equity firm based in New York.
